Kids Update
The months seem to go by so quickly. R is 2.5 years old and is obsessed with cars, dinosaurs and learning to use her tablet. The twins are now 3 months old and are starting to sleep longer stretches at night.

Visiting Family
My mother in law and my parents both made trips to visit us and the kids this month. My mother in law stayed for almost two weeks to help out with the babies. We are so blessed to have her help when she is here!
My parents are so helpful! My dad always does a ton to help us catch up on house cleaning and yard projects. My mom helped me find, wash, and sort the 3-6 month baby clothes and swap out A’s closet.
I have no doubt I will be swapping his closet out for 6-9 month clothes before the end of next month. M I didn’t need to swap out T’s clothes until the end of the month, and even then I only did it because I was tired of tripping over the box of clothes. She is such a petite little girl.
Home and Yard Projects
We did some work on our landscaping. My husband tore out the old, weed-infested rocks and replaced it with raised garden beds filled with organic compost and surrounded by cedar woodchips. It is so nice that I can start growing our own organic foods!

My husband also had a garden space in our backyard tilled and we started removing rocks from a hideous pile of rock feature.

We got new window shades and new gutters installed as well. I am so excited about the blackout shades in all the bedrooms. It is so nice, especially since I tend to nap during the day a lot when the kids all nap.

Getting out of the house
We have started going on family drives a little more now. It is getting easier for us to get both babies and a toddler in their car seats in order to go anywhere. And it is becoming less overwhelming to try and figure out what we need to bring on outings.
We made it to church one weekend this month with all three kids. We were late and ended up leaving early. But we went and I was proud of us for that. I hope God sees and acknowledges our efforts.
Troublesome trio
My husband took our dogs to the vet for their annual checkups. All of them are fat: surprise, surprise (not really). We got them a prescription diet food and hopefully they can spend more time outside once we get a fence built.
I can’t believe how old these guys are getting. Bear and Wolf are nine and Cowdog is 15 or 16. Every day we have left with them is a blessing.

I am ready to see what June has in store for us!
